Games can easily be imported with a CSV file. Download a template of the CSV file to import games with ease.

If required, games can be cancelled. They will still show on the schedule but highlighted in red with strikethrough text. 

Each team representative will be assigned an account (username & password). The username will be the team’s name. Once logged in, team reps will be able to:

• Register players (players can be imported by CSV file)
• View team contacts of the entire league
• Game entry

Entering data from the gamesheet is an easy task.

Rosters

• Players’ preferred numbers are remembered
• “Add Sub” – search for a player registered from another team

Score

• Enter the final scores and the number of penalties per each team
• Enter the number of referees that showed up
• Upload a picture or PDF of the gamesheet

Goals

• The number of goal and penalty entries are pre-determined by the score entry

Game Summary

• After game entry, a game summary is provided
• A warning is displayed if there is any missing information

Team stats can be easily accessed by clicking on the team name wherever it is displayed (standings side bar, schedule, etc.). Players and goalies are listed in separate tables.

Player stats can be easily accessed by clicking on the player’s name. For an individual, player and goalie stats are separated.

Certain penalties can be set to send an automatic email to any email address(es) (ex. a game misconduct).

If a player gets 6 or more penalties, it will also trigger an automatic email.

If the data is saved in the database, any kind of report can be generated. Currently, any request will be handled manually. A report generating interface will come in the future.
